Katie Armstrong has ten years experience planning, developing, launching and managing Customer Service and Marketing programs including database management and CRM Administration in corporate consumer electronics and independently for non-profits, small business and entrepreneurs.  

 

Katie has a passion for education and teaching and loves to help her clients and customers to become self-sufficient in their customer service and marketing operations acumen, to encourage holistic growth and sustainability over time.
